Hi, any tips on a safe & reliable Sensor Cleaning Stick D7200 & Nikon 1 AW1 Mirrorless? I've read up on fstoppers (affordable for me at $55), & others at 3 times that & others a quarter this price, but not certain on best way to go. Pricey sensor = pricey cleaning system seems logical but experts tips from UHH always much appreciated.

Check out these two links - a wealth of information. I have yet to visit but the owner offered to give me a demo/lesson if I came in. He also gives sensor cleaning lessons at Northern California Photography clubs. But like you said - the sensor is pricey - so if convenient many local camera stores can do this. Sammy's camera did mine for $30.

Hi Michael, thanks for the tips - I'll check it out; the nearest camera store to me is 200 miles north to Anchorage on icy roads & they charged me $60 (took them 2 minutes). I seem to get a spot or 3 every time I change a lens even though I hold the body upside down & try not to do it outside (& then not at all if dusty, hazy, misty or windy). Sensitive little critters these sensors!

Appreciate your time, Dione
