Anyone using an Iphone for remote control of a Canon 5D4

I had this camera working well with an Iphone 6 but cannot get it to work with my 7+. Any suggestions would be helpful. I have tried resetting the phone and the camera passwords, and followed the instructions in the manual and David Busch's book to the letter, nothing.

Three things:
1st: Check iTunes for the canon utility app.
2nd: Update all canon firmware
3rd: According to apple, there has been a bug with the iPhone/canon connection.
