Oh, No, No, No. No, pet rodents. We have two large hound dogs. They'd rip the cage open to get to it. That little fella is way smaller than a Raccoon or Fox!

I have a fantastic Labrador Retriever/Dalmation mix. He is great but loves Pidgeons, cats, squirrels and raccoons. Yes we have raccoons in Brooklyn New York. And yes, they are rabid. Steer Clear of the little beasties, folks.
