The Arctic Ocean is warming up, icebergs are growing scarcer and in some places the seals are finding the water too hot according to a report to the Commerce Department yesterday from Consulate at Bergen Norway. Reports from fishermen, seal h****rs and explorers all point to a radical change in climate conditions and hitherto unheard-of temperatures in the Arctic zone.

Exploration expeditions report that scarcely any ice has been met as far north as 81 degrees 29 minutes. Soundings to a depth of 3,100 meters showed the gulf stream still very warm. Great masses of ice have been replaced by moraines of earth and stones, the report continued, while at many points well known glaciers have entirely disappeared.

Very few seals and no white fish are found in the eastern Arctic, while vast shoals of herring and smelts which have never before ventured so far north, are being encountered in the old seal fishing grounds.

Within a few years it is predicted that due to the ice melt the sea will rise and make most coast cities uninhabitable.

I must apologize. I neglected to mention that this report was from November 2, 1922, as reported by the AP and published in The Washington Post 93 years ago.

This must all have been caused by the Model T Ford's emissions...or possibly from horse and cattle farts.

LOL!! I remember the warnings about the coming ice age. Scientists were sure about it but not as many jumped on that bandwagon because there was no one who saw how it could be manipulated for control and $$$.

Therein lies the problem. The world Liberals think we should all pay money to stop wh**ever nature is doing. As if nature doesn't have a mind of her own. My question, and I have asked it right here several times, is, Let's say we all pay Billions to Trillions into some fund that is working against c, c*****e c****e, g****l w*****g or wh**ever the Liberals want to call it this week. Where does that money go in order to stop what is already happening? Who controls the money? So far I have yet to receive any answer at all, as in none. Yet the Liberals were all pissed because President Trump pulled America out of the Paris Accord, I think it is called. I see recently the French people are not too happy about paying into it either.

I guess it depends on the volume of ice that is located in the ocean and not on land mass.
