Three photos from the Schoodic Peninsula area of Maine

Sunday, December 30, 2018, began very cloudy when I left my home in Orono to drive to the Winter Harbor/Schoodic area - about 1.5 hour drive. When I arrived in Winter Harbor, it was cold with a steady temperature of 17°. However, the light was wonderful. Here are three photos: the first taken from near the town wharf in Winter Harbor and the second and third taken from the Schoodic Loop Road within Acadia National Park. -Paul

Great shots of a beautiful (and oft-missed) part of Acadia. Not too many folks venture further east than Ellsworth, and they don't know what they're missing.

#2 is a really pleasant image.
