Film Infrared Photography

I shot a bit of BW infrared film about 12 years ago and would like to do so again. I have some Kodak HIE, old but tested and seems good. What I don’t remember is how to factor in outside temperatures when setting ISO. Seems I only shot spring & summer in the south in high temps.
Now I’m in 30's in Arizona for a few days and would like to try shooting Saguaro cactus in infrared. What ISO setting would I use?
I’m using an old Canon 650 film camera. Would appreciate any advice on infrared at all. Thanks

When I shot Kodak IR in the 1970s, it was called Infrared Aero. The HIE was discontinued in 2007.
