How to convert a WEBP to a Jpeg

My nephew sent me some pics by E-mail attachments. In the E-mail they show as JPEGs but when I try to download them or send them to PS or Bridge, they show as WEBP and I can't convert them to something that PS can open. I can print them but they don't come out the right size.

From Google:
Saving WebP format images in JPG or PNG format on Google Chrome –
Right-click on the image and select 'Open image in new tab'.
Remove the -rw suffix from the end of the image URL in the address bar and hit enter to reload the image.
Now right-click and select 'Save image as..' or just drag it to the desktop.
