It was windy today when I took this photo of two Bald Eagles.
Hand held at 600mm at a distance of about 150 feet.
Canon 5Dsr - Canon 300 2.8 II - Canon 2x III - 1/400 - f/7.1 - ISO @ 500.

If they spend the early part of winter in Idaho they should expect some wind and cold.
