Keg, if you use windows 7 or above, whenever we have to completely remove an installation, we use Revo uninstaller pro. Over the years it's solved many problems that the normal uninstall routine leaves behind, creating many duplicates, or just another mess to fix, unless your installation is really locked down. Don't believe there's any equivalent for Mac, not that there's a need. Good luck. sv
