The downside to f/32 is "aperture diffraction", which will degrade your image resolution.
Better to use f/16, and shorten your shutter duration.

Thanks Nik..for the reply and the info on aperture diffraction. I forgot to mention this photo was a handheld shot, trying to steady the camera against a lamp post.

3-second hand-held? At f/16, shutter duration would have been 3/4-second.
