Benro has bought out VU Filters and will be changing the name of the line to Benro in the next few months. There are now some GREAT deals out there on VU filters, up to 95% off on some models. I have used the VU SCION ND and GRAD ND filters in 150x150 and 150x170mm sizes personally for over 2 years now and love them. They are all OPTICAL GLASS and fully Multi-Coated Optics made with the German Schott glass process. Excellent quality and now at an unbeatable price while they last! These filters fit all comparable holders. The holders are on sale as well but the savings are not as good as they have been building Benros filter holders for awhile now and can be re-boxed as Benro.
If you have been looking for ND's or GRAD ND's this would be a great time to pick some up! Looks like B&H has the cheapest prices on them while they last.
Just an FYI on a great deal.

Thanks! I'm going to make sure I have these for each of our lenses. Appreciate the tip...

Darn you MT! That deal is *way* too good to pass up. I loaded up a pretty big cart which is now waiting for B&H to come back online tonight. (I guess I should have scanned UHH last night.)

While I'm waiting for B&H, do you have recommendations for holders?

Thanks for the heads up!!

I use the Benro holders myself. But I have found there really is not much difference in any if them. Just price. I only use 2 filtwrs at once but the Benro allows for 3 if needed. I think the Nisi does as well. The VU has an extra holder that can be easily added to accomodate 3.

Thank you, Carter! I have long wanted a filter system for my Nikon 14 - 24 but have held off because of the cost of a quality kit. I’ve just loaded up my B&H cart with the Vu filter system and will pull the trigger at 6:00 when on-line ordering resumes.

It was most thoughtful of you to share this incredible deal with the Hogs. As usual, you add tremendous value to the content on this forum. Thanks again for all that you contribute!

Thanks for the heads up. I'm bummed that they don't have a great selection of 100x100 filters so that I can use my Lee filter holders.. But I'm gonna buy a couple of them since they are glass and cheap.

. . . also they are closed today for holiday.

Sounds like some excellent deals on this filter system. Consider, however, that if you ARE using this kind of filter system, chances are you ARE shooting in raw format. Save your money on a grad ND filter and simply use the graduated filter option in the PP software of your choice. Much more control over your finished image and zero filter cost! I understand the old school approach with the grad ND filter, but it's just simply redundant with what can be done in post processing so why spend the extra bucks?

Uhhhhh, no thanks.
I actually have not shot in RAW with my D850 or Z7 in over a year. I am a photographer, not a photo-processor so my shots are all straight out of camera. I have much better things to do with my time than to sit in front of a computer for hours.
But to those that do, happy computing.
