Just curious, why do they call it the Judges Shack and since no location was posted, what State or Country is it in?
Great shot Bill. i think it would also look good in B&W.

Ched49 - The Judge's shack is a former fishing shanty built around 1911. Sitting a few hundred feet from the Atlantic, it was purchased and remodeled by Judge Richard Hartshorne in 1942. The shack overlooks part of a 10-mile-long beach that is NJ''s last major stretch of undeveloped coastline. Unfortunately, Hurricane Sandy took out the primary dune that was in front of it, and it may not last much longer.
The Judge's Shack is located in Island Beach State Park just south of Seaside Park on the Barnegat Peninsula in Berkeley Township, Ocean County, New Jersey.

Thanks Mark - glad you liked it. I hadn't thought of b&w for this one, but I'll give it a try and see how it looks.
