Using my iPhone i captured this shot at Reed's Lake then converted to a Sketch in phone using "My Sketch" App. I Think the Black and White works well. What do you think?

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr................... I want to crop the original so that you can see how I would crop it, but you don't have the (download) feature there.

I would have positioned the tree a little more off center. Otherwise, it's a very nice sketch and renders the original photo better.

I really like the sketched photo...better than the original!
Did you get the app from apple, or from a different app store?
Thank you!

The cropping is perfect...think of a grid two lines down, two across then put your subject at an intersection..this picture does that. Many ways to compose this way works well for this shot. It forces your eye to start on the left and lets it drift to the right with the low bench..Gives nice emphasis to the tree without that dead center look..now you notice the background. I like the sketch app..would like something like that to use on my computer..has anyone found a way to do it on the computer??

I agree with you the black & white does work well and reminds me of the charcoal drawings my Granddad used to do.
