Here is a recent portrait that I created.
It is for you to enjoy not analyze.
First I made and edited the girl. Then I superimposed the image over the Father Kino Arch at the San Xavier Mission near Tucson, Arizona.
I further added the moon and then mystified the portrait with a mist.
The customer loved it. I hope you like it too.

The background was done for a specific effect. Therefore that was the background and any other would would have totally changed the atmosphere I was seeking for the portrait.
I understand that different people have different likes. The customer was very, very happy with this one.
Your comments, however, are a personal preference issue and I can accept that you feel that way.
