You'll probably need to get on a wait list. I'd try a local shop or one of the smaller guys like Roberts, Hunts, etc. The wait lists on Amazon and B&H are always incredibly long.

I saw one on Ebay this morning but it is from Japan and costs $5,000.

Google is your friend. I found a Nikon link by typing pf lens. My copy and paste of this didn't work but you shouldn't have any trouble.
