OK got the bug (shutterbug that is)after making first shot, decided to drive up to a small town on the other side of the river from me and attempt a few more...(ended up with 113!), playing around with just the preset auto settings on my new camera. I have not touched any of these yet, need to learn how the post processing program works that came free with camera Corel Paintshop and start doing lessons in the basic photography course book I picked up. Hope I can learn and understand f-stops, shutter speeds, ISO and all that other jargon soon! (And learn how to make those adjustments on my camera!)

Oh yeah! Now I just have to remember that I have other things to do! But I really want to learn as much as I can before February....embarking on an adventure to the Magdalena Bay to observe the grey whales....lots of photo opportunity between the 5 1/2 hour drive up from Los Cabos, 6 hours everyday on a panga with the whales and the rest of the time exploring the island I'm camping on by foot and kayak, plus the small fishing village on the other side of the island...this being my first trip out of the country, I really want to capture these memories perfectly!
