Wow! This was a period of beautiful cars and trucks. Today, they all look the same. You can pay $70,000 for a Mercedes that looks like a Toyota Camry.

Can anybody tell what type of fungus this is. Two grew by the stump in our backyard. I have looked online and in books on fungi to no avail.

Thanks all for your kind comments. Unfortunately the threat of rain, which did arrive, kept the numbers down to less than the 60-70 vehicles that usually are seen.
