Greatly arranged hair, lovely positions and excellent sweet face expression.
I like your light positioning, too.
The only missing part of this extremely successful shoot out is the background.
Can you get her a solid, light color paper (or fabric) background without any distraction?

Thank you for your interest. I used a Nikkor AF 23-70 f 2.8 lens on my D610, most of the time at f8 to f10.

Details like that are detrimental to overall, regardless of the 'plastic'.
I see other issues, around the lips then there is this weird effect on her breasts (unrelated to surgery). Light distribution is really strange. It maybe due to the use of 'cups' to protect her breasts when sun tanning in a salon. This could have been attenuated in post.
