Lucky you to have that view! Did you have to do much to clean up the image? Any issue with reflections? Any other tips you can offer re shooting from an airplane (I assume that is how you got this one )?

So beautiful and barren. Great photo of a feeling of isolation.

Terrific. Did you lean out the window to get this one? 😁 Mine are never this clear with the window in between.

For a slight fee passengers can rent a tether and an oxygen mask for shots outside of the plane.

I basically did regular tweaking - sharpening, dehazing, etc. and usually don't have much trouble with reflections, unlike trying to get good shots from a train window. I don't have any good tips - I just shoot and hope for the best when the shot comes up on Lightroom. Here's the original image before PP.

Thanks so much, Sue. Terrific work to bring out the potential.

Well done, Sue. I never have any luck shooting from an airliner, although I've gotten a few nice shots from an old Piper Cub J-2 with the side windows folded down.

Now the burning question: Is there a space in the EXIF data for Altitude?
