Judge Emmet G. Sullivan, who is presiding over the Flynn sentencing case, has demanded to see the FD-302s that the FBI used to charge Flynn.

This may spell trouble for the prosecution; these FD-302 have been the subject of a lot of controversy.

You might remember Judge Sullivan was the one who dismissed the FBI case against Alaska Senator Ted Stevens due to government corruption.

From the NYT in 2009:

"A federal judge dismissed the ethics conviction of former Senator Ted Stevens of Alaska on Tuesday after taking the extraordinary step of naming a special prosecutor to investigate whether the government lawyers who ran the Stevens case should themselves be prosecuted for criminal wrongdoing.

Emmet G. Sullivan, speaking in a slow and deliberate manner that failed to conceal his anger, said that in 25 years on the bench, he had “never seen mishandling and misconduct like what I have seen” by the Justice Department prosecutors who tried the Stevens case.

Judge Sullivan’s lacerating 14-minute speech, focusing on disclosures that prosecutors had improperly withheld evidence in the case, virtually guaranteed reverberations beyond the morning’s dismissal of the verdict that helped end Mr. Stevens’s Senate career.

The judge, who was named to the Federal District Court here by President Bill Clinton, delivered a broad warning about what he said was a “troubling tendency” he had observed among prosecutors to stretch the boundaries of ethics restrictions and conceal evidence to win cases. He named Henry F. Schuelke 3rd, a prominent Washington lawyer, to investigate six career Justice Department prosecutors, including the chief and deputy chief of the Public Integrity Section, an elite unit charged with dealing with official corruption, to see if they should face criminal charges."

Let's see what happens now.

Great question. That's the subject of controversy. We know the FBI under 0bama was corrupt. We shall see what shows up tomorrow.

So now we know the answer to the question. Dirty Cop Mueller presented a f**e 302, cobbled together 6 months after the fact, in an interview conducted by the FBI with superagent Strozk a few days before he was removed from Mueller's team when his anti-Trump texts surfaced.

The real 302 seems to be missing. The judge may not be amused with this turn of event. We shall find out on Tuesday,

Btw, destroying a 302 is tantamount to obstruction of justice. Oops.

It's a blatant Brady Violation. The judge could easily throw the book at Mueller for contempt.

It's actually much worse than you think. The 302 that Mueller gave to the judge is the one dealing with an interview of superagent Peter Strzok, about the interview with Flynn 7 months earlier. In that 302, they refer to the original 302, but this is not the one the judge asked for. Also, it appears that Flynn did not lie to the FBI and actually told them that he knew they were listening in on the conversation and that it was perfectly legitimate. The FBI played this one very dirty and something is not adding up. The Deep State was out to get Flynn for a very specific reason and it had nothing to do with Russia.

As more information comes out, this may become a huge scandal, but never underestimate the power of the Deep State to snuff that one also; these people are out to protect themselves.

It is possible that the original 302 has been destroyed. We know that McCabe was involved and superagent Strzok was removed from the Mueller team right after that f**e 302 was created. He was kept on for a few days longer than his girlfriend Lisa Page so he could do the 302.

We also learned last week that Mueller destroyed the evidence on Strzok and Page's phone before the IG could get to it. This stinks. Big time.

Shades of the anthrax investigation Mueller botched in 2001.

On Friday, documents were released included a 302 of the FBI interviewing superagent Peter Strzok 6 months after he interviewed LTG Flynn. This is not the original 302 of the Flynn interview. Also included was a memorandum from Andrew McCabe about the interview with LTG Flynn as he was setting him up for a trap. In this memo, McCabe specifically says that LTG Flynn knew about the wiretapping of his conversation with the Russians.

You can read it here:
https://www.scribd.com/document/395717844/Mueller-Reply-to-Judge-Sullivan-Request-for-FBI-302-Notes

Here is the uncensored version of that paragraph in Attachment B.

LTG Flynn agreed to the plea bargain because he ran out of money.

The agents came back from the interview saying LTG Flynn didn't lie and wrote up the 302 that way. Mueller destroyed the original 302 and attacked LTG Flynn to try to get at PDJT. He bled LTG Flynn dry and then extracted that plea. Occam's razor rules.
