Nice image. Your AF-S VR Micro-Nikkor 105mm f/2.8G IF-ED is a super sharp lens. You shot it at F8. I would have considered F11 or F16 to get more of the bee fuzz sharp. I would have jacked the ISO to 1600. I like the contrast of the bee to the Yellow flower.

For this shot I focused on the eye, in fact you can see a bit of pollen on the eye, and did not want to show much, if any, detail in the flower. At f/16 I may not have accomplished this.
