Moochelle's school lunch program was a disaster. Chocolate milk was only a part of it. Easing any part of the program is a win for the kids and parents who worry about their kid's nutrition.

In the flyover states where the uneducated masses think a balanced meal is a six pack of Bud the child obesity rate is higher than at your house!
Today’s kids will drink sodas all day, eat candy for the main course, two pieces of pie for desert and then settle in for an evening with their Gameboys.
Part of the healthy lunch programs was learning that vegetables were good for them and what healthy meals looked like and encourage their parents to cook them.
Another component was daily physical activity!
We are already the most obese country in the world and a world leader in diabetes!!
We’re not only gonna get fatter, but can see from the p**********l example that bullying must somehow be good and it’s being reinforced by the i***t flotus that it’s ok.
