We have a family tradition of driving up the Dolores River in SW Colorado on Veteran's Day to see the migrating eagles attracted by the
spawning kokanee salmon coming out of McPhee reservoir. This year we saw 16 in a couple of hours. The randomness of the swirling snow flurries
in this shot gave a bit of a different dimension to what would have been just another eagle sitting in a tree.
Welcome back to UHH! This appears to be a very cool photo, but at 500 px wide, it's even tinier than the thumbnail produced when a download is available. Your last photo in 2016 has "store original" checked so we can view larger. Hope you'll consider doing the same from here on.
All the best.
Linda, thanks. I'm a bit "rusty" having not posted much for months! I meant to post the full size attachment but apparently flubbed it.
Enjoying your posts, but agree that they're too small to really make the impact that they should. Look forward to downloadable shots in the future!
