Anyone use this successfully? I have tried everything I can
think of for two lenses and get the message that the camera
does not recognize the lens(es). One is a prime lens and the other is a 11-16mm.
Adapter and lenses seem to mount well. The adapter has a good reputation in the few reviews I have found and the Bush
manual for the NEX-7 recommends it.
Apparently I am missing a camera setting?
Thanks, Vern
double check the manual to be sure you don't have to go in and tell the camera body the focal length of the lens your using.
Go in the menu and set "release without lens". Just leave it on that setting all of the time, it will work with any lens.
Good ideas! Thanks.
I had just discovered the "release without lens" obscure setting
and it works! ( manual focus is another chance to excel in this
kind of situation.)
I thought I had a good imagination until that 'no lens' setting
came up!
Thanks again to both.
