Took my wife to the beauty shop today. While there, I captured this shot of another customer's baby, and emailed her the finished photo. I hope she liked it. Just another way to generate some business ..... Word of mouth is the best advertisement.
Great capture! No doubt the mom will really like it!
Really nice shot! Mom should be sending you a check.

Sorry but now you've pointed it out, (why don't I notice things until someone points it out) also eyes, mouth and under the ear. Why does this happen.
I did see it in pp and used color range in my attempt to have it disappear. Thinking now I should have used it a second time. The members here have a really sharp eye, thanks all.
what is with the red? is it cropped too tight?
I hope you didn't send that picture to her mother. It might ruin your business.
Not trying to be mean but I agree with stevenelson. If you sent this photo to the mom you won't get any business from her or anyone she shows that photo to. The reddish brown is all over and in the photo and destroys it. There is also one blob of it floating mid-air above the baby. And, unfortunately, it ruins the baby's eyes and mouth. Lastly the photo appears to be a not very well done extraction replaced onto a black background. Not saying that it is - but it gives that appearance to me. This is not a photo I would recommend sending to a prospective client.
I am now on a different computer, and can readily see what everyone is talking about, however on my home computer it looks fine and it prints fine. Does that mean my whole home system is entirely out of whack?
I am afraid I am no help there because that is odd as all get out. If others and even yourself (on a different computer) see it the way I do but it prints as you saw it, which is obviously way different, I am at a loss to explain that. For example, if you were to make radical changes to your monitors display settings so that the colors were way out of balance and then printed the image it would print what the image avtually is - not what your monitor with the incorrect settings is showing you. So again, I have no clue how to explain that as I don't understand how it occurs.
The crop is awfully tight - way TOO tight. A head needs context, like shoulders.
And has been mentioned, that red/brown stuff makes this a throw away.
did you replace the background with black paint in photoshop because it looks like you used the paint bucket and got over spill or something
