Thanks so much for your kind words and taking the time to look and comment, lovemypups! We also really love butterflies and always are excited when a new species to us make an appearance and have just planted a number of Pawpaw trees, the host plant for the Zebra swallowtails in the hopes of having more around the yard. Even before planting them we did have our first one stop by this year! Also, we know that you love pups and we have a precious little Jack Russell, now almost ten years old that travels with us just about every place that we go whether around town or on extended trips and she loves just about everyone! She is our first little dog and couldn't love her more. Thank, again and take care!

Please post your little Jack Russell as well, I love seeing other peoples pets. I do love my pups, they bring much joy to my life. I have a tri-colored Aussie who just turned 11, a blue merle Aussie who will be 10 at the end of the month, and our little rescue who was dropped off at my bosses house as a pup, and will be 5 on the 13th.
I am going to post under a "show me your pets" post so as not to interfere with your butterfly post.

They are large and very beautiful butterflies.
A tough choice, Corky, but I'm going with #1.
