That's a very specific observation, Graham. You wouldn't have been spying in the window earlier?

The giveaway was that they were trying to make sense of the street map without much luck, and ladies dressed as smartly as that, would these days, only be drinking Prosecco

I do love the way your mind works, Graham! It's a fun photo, and many can relate I'm sure - though for me it would be sangria.

I usually enjoy the humorous titles that photographers often include with whimsical street captures. With the very serious, I sometimes feel like I'm being manipulated. Probably a discussion best devoted to its own thread.

I do like to photograph and post a variety of subjects but people are far and away my favourite subject

I can't imagine shopping in those heels! But that's beside the point that this is a truly nice photo. The fact that there's some distance between them and the other people gives them some isolation that is really nice.

I have spent hours going through your posts. A very enjoyable thing to do. I remember your saying to someone, something to the effect that you attained a sense of invisibility with your camera on the street. Only when I am in NYC, or a parade do I feel other than conspicuous when I aim my camera at people. Even though people photography is the most complex and rewarding to me, its the most difficult to find a comfort zone in. Fortunately I get to look at lots of your work!

You do fantastic people and street shots, Graham, but you've done some equally tremendous landscape shots. Your photography has been the highligh of UHH for me.
