I am new to LR. Trying to export a collection to a CD. The collection is in RAW format, trying to export in JPEG. I think I am following the instructions in LR help, but no luck.
I get messages concerning the CD. I use a different CD, no luck. Thought I was on the right track, the progress bar showed everything was OK. Then, got message that transfer could not be completed.
Where should I look for the problem? The disc, the drive, LR. Help.

Try exporting the JPEGs to a temporary folder. Then use your operating system to copy them to the CD.

You might want to start by exporting the files to your computer hard drive. Then, insert the CD and let the OS prompt you to add files. Drag the image files from the hard drive to the CD, let the OS write the CD and then close the disk.

Another thought: How large are the JPEGS, will they all fit onto the CD? Check your export settings to ensure that they are as you want them to be.

Again thanks for all the help.

I finally got the transfer to work direct from LR when I used a new higher quality disc.
