Home depot, pipe insulation and a couple of wire ties or a little dab of super glue on the edges. Less than 4 dollars.

Why do you need covers on a carbon fiber tripod? I used them on my alum. tripods to keep them from freezing to my hands in cold weather , never had that problem with C/F.
