Two Cooper's Hawks in Flight and one static Red Tail Hawk

These were shot Wed morning (yesterday) at Peck Road conservation park in Arcadia calif.I think the Red Tail is the same bird I shot on Tuesday on another Perch.
Photos were shot in manual mode with Auto ISO
#1 ISO 250, F7.1 , 1/1250
#2 ISO 400, F7.1 , 1/1250
#3 1SO 500 F8, 1/1000
I will be traveling to Colorado Friday morning for about a week and will not be able to respond after today until I get back. Thank you in advance for any comments!

All were shot with my New 7D mkII and Canon 400mm 5.6 lens which I have come to Love.

The camera and lens work well for you and you seem to have mastered the equipment as the photographs are great and well executed.

Thank you Bruce. A lot of experimenting, a lot of mistakes but am pretty comfortable with it now. I am open to advice from anyone who owns the 7DMKII !

Great captures, seems like you know what you are doing.

I know that park on Peck Road. I found at the time anyway that all the Homeless People hanging out there made things uncomfortable.

Yes it is, if you go early very few homeless! I was unconfortable the first time I went but it was later in the day. The lake is a mess from the runoff and I wish they would clean it. It has now become one of my favorite spots because its only a few miles away from home. Give it another try, I find something new every day there.
