It is that time again. Even tho a tragedy happened at the Indiana State Fair last year, attendance was greater than 800,000. It is one of the premier fairs in all the U.S. This is only a very miniscule sampling of the event.
Beginning of the midway
Even a covered bridge
Rides galore
Barn and acres farm equipment
Elephant ear- a must have
And corn on the cob, heavy butter
Some attend only to eat
One year, the iconic American Gothic
Say "cheese"

Great shots, all of them. But #1 is my favorite. Hope you had a wonderful time at that fair.
Oh how I miss the fun at the Indiana state fair. Especially the corn on the cob the JC's made. I can taste it now. I have to come back for that sometime.
Great time, something perhaps for everyone. appreciate all the comments.

Always a fun place. I have lots of good memories of when I was taking my young grandson every year. Also my small granddaughter. We introduced her to her first elephant ear and she asked, "do we eat skin and all"? We occasionally remind her of that one.
