These were all taken either in Seattle at the Union Bay Natural Area or 50 miles north of Seattle on Fir Island in Skagit County. All shots taken in RAW mode with a Nikon D500 outfitted with a Tamron 150 X 600MM G2 lens.

Absolutely a superb set saxman. Gotta love the duck trying to out run his reflection...
I must have driven by that reserve 10-15 times the numerous times I've visited/stayed at Whidby Island, never new it was there. I'll definitely be seeing it soon though (hopefully Christmas) and many thanks for posting.Nov 26, 2018 16:46:26 #
