So, I've rented a mansion to do a photo shoot with a model/actor. People talk about low light capabilities of cameras and how everyone must get that flash off the camera. I get it. I work with people who shoot weddings, bring 6-7 lights (strobe and continuous). I will however show some images shooting in low light, iso 4000-6400, ambient only using the Nikon d750 (touted by many for its low light/high iso abilities). I typically shoot manually with autoISO and that's how these were shot. Lenses were 70-200 2.8, 85 1.8., 24-70 2.8 Although a friend who came to assist brought tons of external lighting, non of the outlets were grounded (mansion is very old) so none of the lighting could be plugged in until a quick run to the store for converters). Last pic shows the lighting/room.
These are great, and help me to appreciate my D750 even more!
