Almost daily now we read about the cops arriving and k*****g someone.
Sometimes it’s a security guard performing their duties.
Sometimes it’s an unarmed suspect.
Sometimes it’s just a guy in his apartment just living there.
Sometimes they just wanna shoot someone.
But almost always it’s white cops and a black victim.
WHY are the cops so abusive with power when it comes to Black Males and even females???

The first two videos only show, or discuss, what happened, but fail to fully inform as to the lead up to the confrontations. However, in both of those cases, the person was attempting to evade the police. It's pretty simple.

“Evade”, does not pose an immediate bodily threat to police.
It’s not a war zone where the idea is to K**L all enemy.
Yes, they might have priors and want to get the hell outa there. So the cops shout them in the back when maybe it would be better to taze them, than k**l them.

In the 3rd, there is a running video, it’s pretty clear what happened.
I got pulled over and ticketed once. I was driving down the Main Street of my town at night. A cop was in front of me going 2 mph shining his rotatable light into stores, I assume looking for bad guys! I came up on him and slowed to 2 mph for a few blocks while he did his thing.
Then he pulled into a parking space and I said “thank god, finally”!
I passed and he pulled in behind me, then proceeded to pull me over and gave me a ticked for tailgating!!!
I took it to court and the judge laughed at the cop and asked rhetorically, “slow night”?
Fortunately I’m a lot better at diffusing stupid cops than the stupid cops are.
Unfortunately this poor young black girl got a r****t for a cop, plain and simple. Had the cop been black or the girl had been white, the worst she would have gotten was a “next time use your signal” on the speaker!!!

“There might be some bad apples in the police department, but white officers are no more likely to use lethal force against minorities than nonwhite officers,” says Charles Menifield, dean of the School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA) at Rutgers University-Newark, and lead author of the paper, which appears in Public Administration Review.

I think you might just be right on that point. Unfortunately the poor and disenfranchised resort to criminal behavior that puts them in harms way. If we add to that the verry common depiction of Black and Latinos as being Criminal and violent on TV and Motion pictures it clearly does not help the situation.

The cops don’t know if the Latino they’re dispatched to apprehend is a US citizen or a caravan illegal.
As it is, if they’re illegal, conservative are calling them CRIMINALS as oppose ti just illegal.
CRIMINAL carries with it the connotation of being violent, not just being illegal. The vast majority of all i******s are very hard working and very honest people that are being criminalized by the likes of Tramp and may S*********t/Nationalist types.
It’s a lose-lose for anybody of brown skin!!!
