Yep this was taken at BDA. For some reason the population of turkeys at BDA has exploded over the last 2 or 3 years.
A few years ago I’d rarely see one or two. Now, I frequently see groups as large as 30 or more at a time.
Also.....this year there are more Sandhills cranes than in the recent past.
