Love the double magnification with the water droplets, especially on the eye. Way COOL!

You are back in business! Can't tell you the magnification, but you can use a mm ruler to determine that. I thought the R-250 might magnify 2.5 times, but I do not know.

If you know the the size of the object , the dimension of the sensor and size of the image on the screen then it is easy to calculate.

Excellent set of images. I really like the composition of the droplets on the image and the ones on its legs must be ever so small. Great job.

In order to know magnification you need direct measurement of the subject or part thereof. If you get them to pose on a millimeter scale that would suffice. Also you need a direct measurement of the image.

Yup, Fantastic shots of the long-legged fly...the water droplets add to a already wonderful photos.

I also like that cute little guy in # 4 and #5.

Remember back when we use to photograph a ruler to get the magnification
Nice DOF on the last shot, was that a single, perfect focal plane....

2.5 and about 2 from the tubes, that would be about 4.5x1
