The first one confuses me as usual. I could argue for either Cooper's or Sharp-shinned but am leaning toward Cooper's because of the tail feathers and eye placement so far forward.
The second one looks like a Red-tailed Hawk to me--maybe juvenile?

#1 = Cooper’s hawk.
Why?
The lateral retrices (tail feathers) are shorter than the more centra ones ( End of tail will be curved when expanded), and
The feet/toes are considerably more robust than those of a sharp shinned.

#2 = juvenile red-tailed hawk
Why,
white breast with “breast band”,
banded tail,(will molt to brick red next year, and
yellow irises of the eyes (will darken to dark umber as it ages.

Not sure about the id, however, very sharp and nicely done.
