Lots of folks are wondering about DSLR vs Mirrorless. Here's an article from DP Review about just that:

Nice article. Regardless what the author said, I had no plans to abandon my D750 for a Z6.

The Z’s viewfinder blew me away!
Just handled it at the store.
I shoot video as well, so it's an exciting camera to me.

The author of the article admits to a “narrow” usage requirement for his camera(s). I would like to see a similar article by someone whose use pattern matches most of us and our shotgun approach to subjects.

Actually, Rich, as an "old geezer", I have a (large) number of AF-D Nikkors and ONLY shoot stills, just like the author. So while the article was "right up my alley", I recognize that many (perhaps most) "modern" shooters would love the video feature and Z lenses.

As an equally old geezer who has never even tried the video function on my camera his comment "As a music photographer, I shoot a lot of personal work in low light environments. truly narrowed the relevance of the article for me. Again as an old geezer, life conditions dictate very little early or late ventures, low light capabilities of a camera do not concern me and, from all of the photos I have looked at on this forum over the past almost 5 years, I suspect a very large segment of our members.
