I have been using B&H for over 20 years and customer service has always been polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

B&H deserves all the honors - they have earned it. In my last incarnation they were a major customer for my company - they sold several of our product lines. Their people who we dealt with were not necessarily always the most pleasant, but we always respected that they were working for their company's best interests, and indeed they were. I could only admire that. And, their orders were gold. Once they ordered something they honored the order and paid on the nail. If we had an occasional problem, typically with shipping, they were always cooperative and fair in working it out.

Since then I have been a customer a few times, and it was always a very good experience. One item I purchased I ended up returning, and I was frankly amazed at how easy and straightforward they made that experience.

They are true professionals in the best sense.

Bill,

Thank you. Henry is indeed "Da Man" when it comes to helping our customers who need it. He is the last stop and the very highest rung on the Customer Service ladder. If Henry can't fix it (a rarity) then nobody can.

Actually, the REAL problem is how badly I want to enjoy the great service over and over and over again. My wish list has more cool stuff on it than I will ever get to buy.

My colleagues and I feel your pain (GAS) as we are surrounded by all of this shiny tech everyday. That's why most of us buy Lottery Tickets, lol!
