I've decided to go burgerless. Please help me understand why everyone is switching to KFC. What is it about their chicken
that make it so finger lickin' good? And which meal should I buy? I've been considering the 12-piece bucket in extra-crispy,
but someone told me that the original has more of the 11 secret herbs and spices. Thanks for your help! --Cindy

I get the extra crispy one piece chicken breast and two sides which vary.
Never bought a bucket. But I hate the original as they are very greasy. Extra crispy is best by far.
I don't lick my fingers (Too primitive
).
If I got a bucket I would pay more for the all extra crispy breast meat unless you like dark meat, wings etc.
I have been sticking to hamburgers for the last couple of months with no bun and have lost 45 pounds and stayed away from KFC as there are too many calories.
But this has been a fun exercise. Thank you.
As Queen Victoria once said ------
"We are not amused"
well maybe just a little

I go there for the Taco Bell. The bell is not very loud, but the taco is good.

You have the combo store, none here locally and the 2 within 50 miles shut down for some reason.
Why burgerless? After researching fast food for fat and sodium content, I concluded that the BK Whopper Jr. burger with mustard, no mayo, is the least objectionable to my body. Plus I like burgers and there is no KFC within 30 miles or so. And a burger is easier and less messy to eat in the car on the go. And the Whopper Jr. comes with tomatoes, onions, and lettuce so I can pretend I'm getting in my veggies for the day.

As I have never eaten any of these foods, I am unable to advise. Any burgers we eat, I make from scratch.
All of the aforementioned "gourmet" delights have enough (bad)cholesterol, sodium, sugar and trans- fats to kill an elephant. A steady diet of theses FAST food will lead to a SLOW death. They'll do y'all in from from heart disease, stroke or morbid obesity.
HOWEVER, seems that Mc Ds is a client of mine through one of the ad agencies I shoot for. So in the interest of political correctness and cash flow, I have to opt for their ANGUS BURGER- YUMMY!- it actually resembles MEAT!
There is an urban legend that circulates up here in Canada- about KFC. Seems a certain kinda undesirable rodent managed get breaded and subsequently fell in o the pressure fryer at one on the Colonel's fine outlets. Then is was served up to a customer! My kids and grandkids always say "let's go out for some KFR- "Kentucky Fried Rat"! Ever since then I fry my own chickens thank you very much!
Well- there's always TOFU burgers- when I was a kid and got bored in class, I used to chew on my pencil erasers and as a result I developed a taste for all of theses fux-burgers- UGH!
Pictures to follow! BURP!
What about the innovative pressure frying--how much better is it?

Who's here switched to KFC? I didn't. I eat a lot of Popeye's but not KFC. I like the spicy and dark meat.
