I lost my daily UHH forum after an update from Microsoft. How do I get it back? UHH shows I am registered.

That seems to happen from time to time. Be patient, and it will return.
On the other hand, I find it much more convenient to click on "Latest Digest" at the bottom of each page. That brings you to the page you would get from the daily email.

Go to My Profile at the top of this page. Check your Notification settings...
If you also want to update your daily digest email address, then use the "settings" link included at the bottom of a daily digest e-mail message. The digest is run separately from the forum.
