Today, I updated Photoshop CC. It was a minor bugfix update. I just noticed a new issue. If I open Lightroom, select a photo, and choose Edit in Photoshop CC, when Photoshop opens the photo, the edit options are all grayed out. I've attached a photo showing this happening. If I open the same photo in Photoshop directly (without having selected the photo from Lightroom), the problem doesn't occur. Has anyone else encountered this? Can you suggest a fix?
I have upgraded to 2019 recently and I don't have that issue. I just tried to be sure and I have the full menu with both RAW and JPG files.

Here are a couple of updates on this issue for anyone who may be experiencing it:
1. I discovered that if I launch PS first, before selecting Edit in PS CC from LR, then PS acts normally. That is therefore a work-around if you're having the problem.
2. I called Adobe tech support, and was on the phone with them for 45 minutes. They were unable to resolve, and have escalated to a higher level. But, what the tech also did was to re-install the previous version of PS CC, and he set this up as a choice in the Edit In feature of LR. So, I now have two copies of PS installed, on to use when I want to use PS 2019, and the other to use with the LR Edit In command. I suspect that this problem will remain until Adobe releases its next bugfix.
Have not had that problem, but read that PS should be open BEFORE LR if you are going to edit. Do you use <CMD> e to send the original to PS? No probs for me when I do that.
