All of the photos are great. The last photo is spectacular. I wonder what the eagle and the bird thought of at that moment.

I suspect the last photo is of an angry red-wing black bird defending it's nest. Perhaps the eagle had taken one of the chicks as an appetizer.

The eagles nest is on the far side of the river and when the eagles come down to get a fish the black birds attack trying to keep them away from their nest! I have never seen them go for the nest though!
