Thanks. I was lucky he did it and didn’t look look like he wished he were somewhere else! I did take a few of him sitting but the top of his bald head was dark and I didn’t want to move the lights.

Nope that’s his version of looking excited. I said”don’t just lay there look like you’re excited.” That’s what I got.
This is what I usually get. He helps me set up when I shoot away from home. So I always do test shots. As you can see he’s not into getting photographed. So the Christmas shots really surprised me.

He is a real trooper. The Christmas shots were all very good. I liked the offset shots as it does go with the rule of thirds. The only time I like a shot posed in the center is when the face fills the frame.
