Canon EOS 70D (Body only). No scratches, never been dropped. Works fine. Shutter count is 37,042. Selling because I bought an 80D. Includes 70D camera strap, battery, battery charger, manuals, and original box. I purchased the camera new from B&H Photo in November, 2013. Asking $450. See photos.

I have a question, How did you get a shutter count? I have a 80d and would like to check my shutter count. Thanks

I use a program called "Canon EOS Digital Info" which I downloaded from this site. (https://sourceforge.net/projects/canon-eos-digital-info/). You have to unzip the file from this site and then execute the program called CanonEOSDigitalInfo.exe. Then connect your camera to the the computer and click on the connect button in the Canon Digital Info program. It will show the shutter count and other information about your camera.

I don't think there is an apple version of this program, so a different program is probably needed for apple computers. Also, this program does not work on all Canon cameras. I also have a Canon 5D MarkIV, but I cannot get the shutter count for it.

I don't understand why Canon does not provide this information within the camera. Seems like a simple software change should be able to present this data on the LCD screen. They can provide 500 different camera settings, but not show us the shutter count. Duh?
