What's the best adapter to mount a Canon 24 mm Tilt-Shift Lens to a Sony a7 II camera?

I just purchased my first full-frame digital camera, a brand new Sony a7 II, thanks to that recent offer of a kit including the Sony 28-70 mm lens for $998 (and no, Adorama did not and B&H would not have charged me any Massachusetts Sales tax.) I've had an interest in acquiring a wide angle Perspective Control, if not Tilt-Shift, lens for a while. I realize that such lenses have only manual focus and manual aperture controls. At present time, the only two T-S lenses I'm considering are the 24 mm models made by Canon & Rokinon/Samyang. The latter comes in the Sony E-mount, though the reviews I've read all conclude that it's quality is inferior to that made by Canon, which is in the EF-mount form.

So I'd like to know which of a myriad of Canon EF-mount to Sony E-mount adapters work(s). I do not want to audition a series of adapters to check function as I do not want to necessarily purchase a T-S lens first. While in general, answers are welcome, I am obviously interested most in those who know by actual experience that a particular adapter functions as aspected between this lens and this camera body.

Thank you!
