What are the experiences of buying from this company. Good or bad. I am looking at a Canon Rebel 6Ti or Rebel 7Ti. Just trying to see if they are reliable and back up their warranty if something goes wrong. Thanks for your help.

I would not recommend the. Stay with B&H, Adorama and Roberts.

I haven't bought any photo equipment from them, but I did buy an LG HDTV from them about a year ago. At the time they had the best price on eBay for the particular model, with prompt free shipping and excellent communication. Everything about them looks legit to me.

A simple google search would’ve revealed all you need to know. They are on Canon’s authorized dealer list but have numerous complaints. However, just because a retailer is authorized doesn’t stop the same company from selling grey market merchandise. Also, a search here on UHH could have given you the same information. Caveat emptor. Roll the dice if you want. Most here will suggest staying with the known like B&H, Adorama, KEH, MRP, Amazon, and others.

So far, I have purchased a Canon 760D, a Sigma 55mm lens, a Tamron 18-300mm lens, and a Tamron 90mm macro lens, all at different times, so that's four separate purchased. Absolutely no problems whatsoever. The price was right, the equipment was as advertised and ordered, all the equipment ordered was delivered in a timely manner, and the manufacturers accepted registration and provided appropriate warranties. Highly recommended.

Don't overlook KEH. Purchased my T6i used from them, looked brand new and a great price.

Interestingly, my very first digicam purchase was from this company (Oly 3030). I was happy with them but that was so long ago - 2000 AD. I would recommend ABC - Adorama, B&H (not Bell & Howell), Cameta or other recommended ones here. Also stay away from 42nd Photo, 6th Ave., Abes of Maine.

If they say Canon USA warranty it is not grey market.
If they say in store warranty then it is grey market.
Product is the same just the warranty is different, Canon will not fix under warranty, and you will pay for the repair.
The store warranty is only as good as the store and where they have the repair work performed.

So your choice, most cameras outlast the warranty easily so there is little risk.

I bought a lens from Amazon which end up being purchased thru tedelectronics.com on Buydig.com. The lens end up being Gray Market! I give tedselectronics an A in customer service! Was able to return the lens with full refund including free shipping. After purchasing a lens on Amazon with a US Warranty and dropping it on the RRS Footplate which took the blunt of the fall and needing to replace the whole collar because the precision screws have been stripped and the aluminum plate was bent on the corner. The Ring Collar is built on the lens. My camera store was able to have it repaired under warranty and cost my $22.00 and some change instead of 2 quotes of $400 or $450 not cover under warranty. I pleaded with the camera store to try the repair under factory warranty but didn't lie that it was dropped. So now I go to the camera store for all my purchases! Support you local camera store!

Currently have an issue with them. I purchased a refurbished Nikon 1 V3 and lens from them using eBay, Buydig stated what came with the camera and lens and when it arrived it was missing 4 items. I contacted Buydig and was told another package was in the mail to me and gave me a tracking number, that number was for the original package containing the camera and lens.

I bought my 7DII w/2 lenses and got a US warranty. Everything went fine. That was a few years ago.

How did you know it came with a US Warranty?
