I really like these, but the one in the center with the fence running diagonally across the frame and the sun poking through the leaves. This is a lovely and frame-worthy image. Beautiful work.
I love the "shaggy" tree. I was not sure of what I should be looking at in the middle until I saw your caption. I'm not sure of where I should looking. Do I want the church through the doorway? Do I want the doorway? Since everything is about the same focus, I'm a confused viewer even though you refer to it in your comment. If it were my photo, I'd crop it do death to try to just capture the lentil area. Otherwise, if there's more to the image that includes the church, I'd go with that.

You're here, we made it, its another Free Sunday for all to enjoy. Can't tell you how much I look forward to all your contributions to this one day. A big thanks to Rolk and JudyJuul for last weeks challenges. Tim I really wanted to learn how to do the images in a word but life got in the way, but I'ÃÂm going to continue the learning process. Maybe I'ÃÂll catch up.
You know the rules. They are few. Anything you have to share, and of course, we like family friendly here.
I had a few left that could have been shared in the dynamic tension, but I saved them to kick off this Sunday. Looking forward to all y'all have to share too.

These unusual "steps" lead you right out of the image.

As is mostly the usual for me...I'm playing with abstraction again. The first pic is the original snap. I shot RAW, slightly underexposed and used a 50mm lens wide open to blur my hillside back yard. The darker portion at upper left is from the shade of a tree in the yard.
The second image is what I developed from the RAW file. All the rest were derived starting with #2.
Not a fan of abstracts probably because I do not know how to do them, but I enjoy seeing the créations and also finding a sort of title for them, what they designate in my mind.
