Time has not been kind to Gillian, Nigella has aged a bit better. Gillian born in Sept. 1959, Nigella born in Jan. 1960, Don't know when the shots were taken, Bing shows the one of Gillian as being from 2018. My neighbor across the street is a nice little lady who is nearing 101.....my wife and I asked her what her secret is - activity was her answer. She has slowed down a bit over the last couple years, but still works on her yard, plants, etc.

I used to help her keep her mower going (several walk behind models over the years, for slightly over 1 acre) until she finally gave that up!! Get this - she still volunteers/helps out at several of the local assisted living facilities! She still goes out to eat with several of the other neighbor ladies, eats what she likes. BTW - they have all buried their husbands.

That, or genetics. : )

Both genetics and environment (including diet), affect our health, and relative aging. I'm guessing it's 99.9% genetics and .1% environment....well unless you get hit by a train!

That's it, damn seldom a doctor will tell you though. They just want to do procedures and give you drugs. Follow the money.

And after your first bypass fixes you up you are back to eating what you want. Good plan, I like it.

That sounds good until you get knocked flat. Live it up.
