I have the Canon 60D, 80D and 6D Mark II and use the 24-105 L f4 lens as my walk around lens. However, sometimes I find I do not get enough reach with that lens. I am looking for a good walk around lens with more reach for when I travel. I was considering the Tamron 28 -300 and was wondering if anyone has used it and would they recommend it as it is for full frame cameras.

The newest Tamron 28-300 is pretty good. I have one and have used it in just about every type situation. I keep it as a backup now that I have the Canon 28-300. The Tamron is fine but when compared to the Canon under close comparison the Canon is better. If you can afford the Canon I'd recommend it otherwise the Tamron with image stabilization and PZD should do what you need.

Do you lack reach with all three cameras or only with the 6D?
All 3 cameras lack the reach.

My utility lens on my full frame EOS bodies is the EF 28-300 f/3.5-5.6L IS USM. It does cost around 4 times what the Tamron costs, but it is also the best 28-300 made. On my crop bodies I usually use the EF 24-105 or the EF-S 18-200.

Lose the three camera's and look for one good one.
A walk around lens? They're mythical. In my experience, I have to carry them. They don't walk.

The Nikon 28-300mm is my walk-around lens, and it suits me just fine. When I have to go wider, I use a wide angle lens. I also have a Kenko 1.4TC for when I need it.
I use the Tamron 28-300 on my 5d4 and am pleased with it for a walk around. However, when I want exceptional IQ I switch to my 24-70 or 70-200L lens.
I use the Sigma 18-300 contemporary as my walk around lens. It isn't as sharp as the Canon lenses but works great for my everyday shots and pretty much covers the entire range of focal lengths I might need.

If cost is of no concern, get the Canon. However, you can pick up Tamron and Sigma versions quite reasonable (E-bay and re-sellers) cheap actually, and try one out. If you don't like it and can return it, no real loss other than maybe shipping costs. If you can't return it, and purchased it at a reasonable price, you can re-sell and get your money back.
If you want the latest with Vibration Compensation/Stabilization, you will pay a little more, as one would expect. I have several copies from both brands, and find they do a decent job as long as you aren't trying to do tack sharp studio quality work. The Image Stabilization (for me, when shooting in active, changing environments) is sometimes important, other times I turn it off. If you have "steadiness" issues, you would probably want the IS/VC.
When I use these lenses, I'm not usually planning on large hi-quality prints, just average viewing on medium size monitors and such...and they hold up pretty well, a small flower/a bee on a flower, good up to 10 x 18 or larger if you are more into the overall image versus "tack sharp" renderings. Good luck with your choice.

I like to roll mine along!!! push them with a stick...…..
I carry the canon 28-105 and the canon L II 100-400. It cover the range that I need. The 100-400 does well as a close up lens, although it is, without a doubt, a heavy bit of glass.
